Job Description

1- Supporting the Director of Finance and Corporate Services in developing and delivering the organization’s financial and business strategy 2- Recommend methods and strategies for cutting cost 3- Make upper-level strategy recommendations based on financials 4- developing and managing financial systems/policies 5- forecasting income and expenditure 6- Creating and updating, reviewing and documenting the organization’s financial policies and procedures 7- Improving the systems surrounding all aspects of the organization’s budgets, forecasts and business planning 8- Planning projects exploring potential problems or opportunities, ensuring that resources and staff are available to execute the project. Carrying out any necessary research, analyzing it and concluding on that information 9- . Developing and maintaining programed and project reporting and management systems as required 10- Providing financial management support for the organization’s programed delivery and consulting activities 11- Providing advice, support and training on financial issues to the organization staff directly, or to members through the organization programmers on a consultancy basis 12- Assess the business environment 13- Confirm the business vision and objectives 14- Identify the types of resources needed to achieve these objectives 15- Quantify the amount of resource (labor, equipment, materials 16- Calculate the total cost of each type of resource 17- Summarize the costs to create a budget 18- Identify any risks and issues with the budget set 19- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures 20- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance 21- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools 22- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives 23- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes 24- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

Requirements

1- Education: BS/MA Accounting 2- Specialized knowledge: Familiar with accounting software 3- Skills: Teamwork spirit, good communication, Time management 4- Abilities: English, Ms. Office, 5- Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Self-confidence 6- Experience: working in accounting department between 4 to 6 years
