To develop the business and sales targets of advertisement platforms, products, and marketplaces which empower and enable business growth in the desired ecosystem as per vertical assignment.
Responsibilities:
To create and execute digital marketing campaigns for both internal and external B2B customers on digital Ads platforms based on Manager Guidance and a given framework.
To be responsible and accountable for assigned B2B sales targets based on a given timeframe
To track digital marketing campaign performance and report campaign efficiency to both internal and external B2B customers and line managers.
To optimize campaigns based on standard marketing funnels effectively to satisfy customers’ campaign needs and objective
To communicate with B2B customers effectively and to be available to address their needs anytime upon customer request
To prepare a B2B Sales plan and strategy for increasing the number of Customers and sales revenue and to fully execute it.
To maintain the online presence and reputation of assigned projects/platforms
To build and maintain proper relationships with B2B customers to complete assigned tasks.
To find, negotiate, convince, and onboard new B2B customers to use digital ads services.
To support in provisioning of market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, competitive and situational analysis, and communication plan for ATL/BTL with all internal and external teams for assigned projects.
To escalate issues, fraud cases, miss-conductions, and business difficulties to the line manager for further action.
To follow up on complaints and issues raised by the Digital team and CR regarding assigned projects until their resolution.
To analyze market conditions, and size and evaluate market needs and demands, and suggest new business opportunities.
To take the initiative and provide creative business models to empower and enable a digital marketing ad platform and ecosystem.
To capture and raise digital advertisement platform requirements from a business perspective and address them to relevant internal and external teams.
To liaise with Digital Insight, financial, and digital branding team, and cross-functionally with legal and regulatory, Marketing, and IT for defining and handling business campaigns on MTNIrancell products.
To work along with teams to develop current and new businesses and serve relevant digital department needs.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; or an MBA graduate.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and B2B sales.
Advanced or upper-intermediate English proficiency is a must.
Advanced knowledge of working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
