Analyzing business functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
Establishing parameters of requirements, define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
Analyzing effectiveness and efficiency of existing problems gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging of these processes.
