Job Description

To analyze problems and find the best solutions. Identifying opportunities by research, analyzing issues and problems, prioritizing process improvement and developing solutions based on strategic direction. Submitting reports about roots of issues and problems and related business recommendations. Use data modeling practices to analyses findings and creative suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes. Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce data modeling and recommendation. Generate and extract the data needed for decision making. Assess the opportunities and potential risks related to decisions and business design. Analyzing business functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows. Establishing parameters of requirements, define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Analyzing effectiveness and efficiency of existing problems gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging of these processes.

Requirements

At least BS degree in Engineering or Business Administration. At least 5 year related working. Age below 50 years old. Expert in Core Banking Solutions. Expert in software test methods. Able to manage teams. Familiar with Iran Central Bank circular. Understanding of the banking industry and knowledge of banking solutions. A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change. Critical thinking skills. Significant problem solving skills. Excellent in research and analyzing. A keen interest in business and business development. A good understanding of information technology. Familiar with new global business trends related to IT industry.
