- Shop layout knowledge - Regular visiting the new brand shops in provinces and Tehran to be sure about the proper accomplishment for decoration and product display by the vendors - prepare regular report of issues and weaknesses to improve the vendor's capability. - Monitoring the execution process - Check and monitoring the price in the market monitoring the BOQ, execution and material vise, monitoring construction progress - Keep updating and prepare the report, monitoring the shop maintenance procedure - Check and monitoring monthly invoices. - Well internal and external communication.
