Job Description
Working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the formulation and execution of a strong Branding strategy for an IPTV service offer of the company in Iran. The candidate should have strong previous experience in Branding, ideally in the telecom and media sectors. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the Iranian market and have exceptional understanding of building a strong brand. An important part of the successful candidate will also be to lead and develop PR related activities for the company, working closely with advertising and PR agencies. Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and execute integrated brand marketing campaign plans, including segmentation, vehicle and media mix recommendation and execution, timing and forecast of results. - Develop integrated plans potentially include the following: - Direct/relationship marketing - Online/digital marketing - Emerging media - Advertising - Other required marketing activities - Develop and lead marketing campaigns from inception to optimization which can include: - Develop and monitor a follow-up schedule taking into account the use of other departments -- CSR, Product Management and provide regular status reports - Set up branding and advertising campaigns for the company within project budgets - Develop program testing mechanisms to track success/failure of campaigns and help develop best practice strategies - Participate in the development of overall annual marketing communications plan that details specific campaigns and activities designed to achieve agreed upon business objectives. - Participate in the development of product launch strategies - Work closely with the Marketing Director, ensuring that branding initiatives are executed in a manner consistent with corporate marketing objectives - Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between the graphic designers and any internal customers for all brand marketing projects. - Provide feedback on the performance of the Graphic Designers for use in the annual review process
Requirements
- University Degree required; Marketing preferred - 2-3 years of relevant work experience - Experience in music, event production, entertainment industries an asset - Track record of success in managing multiple complex projects at the same time - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Exceptional creative skills. Strong analytical skills - Excellent English language skill - Strong business writing skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Detail oriented and team player
