Job Description

• Collaborates with management to define and develop marketing strategies to drive profitable growth • Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with brand partners, third party vendors, etc. to leverage current offerings, opportunities and successes • Increases agreed upon growth goals, drives demand generation and expands market share by identifying, planning and executing the activities required to ensure successful achievement of marketing business objectives • Overseeing effectiveness of programs and initiatives including success tracking criteria. Track and share successes and best practices. • Define and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan • Develops, implements and/or maintains all standardized marketing methodologies, tools and collateral of the assigned area ensuring consistent look and feel for internal and external communications • Develops and/or implements marketing policies and objectives • Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets. • Developing and executing new product launch strategies and plans for product and commercial initiatives. • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities, including ATL and BTL , and policies to promote products and services • Take brand ownership and execute strategies to exceed competition • Support Advertising function in managing external agencies & deliverable from them

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing, Engineering, Management or a related field, MBA preferred • At least 2-years working experience in brand management or related fields • Ability to work independently and complete projects within required time frames • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to work well with the MS Office software • Familiar with the advertising market • Familiar with branding concepts • Familiar with market research procedures and methods • Problem-solving abilities and capabilities and also creative in the active field • Highly creative with ability to think out of box • Able to negotiate effectively • Responsible and flexible
