Job Description

- This position is a role that encompasses the full marketing mix to generate revenue by increasing sales, using market research, product release, product marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations. - Define Product Launch, plan and implement specific market strategies through various and up to date media and marketing mix in order to correctly launch and position products and services in specific business sectors. - Plan, design, develop, execute, and implement marketing strategies in line with company objectives, as well as pricing strategies in order to support the organization’s products’ market development. - Design trade marketing and social media/digital marketing strategy, provide reports of their effectiveness and take responsibility for implementation, operational, and commercial control in markets. - Ensure the marketing code of practice, launch campaign, and advertising guidelines as well as corporate identity rules are communicated, respected, and monitored. - Link and coordinate with managers in particular with Sales to achieve an integrated and well-accepted marketing concept, Identify and implement marketing strategies, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. - Search the latest market trends, carry out a market competitor and customer surveys to monitor performance and evaluate budgeted campaigns, and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Requirements

• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities • arraying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding • Deciding on a budget for the marketing campaign that fits the fiscal abilities of the company • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items • organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photoshoots • Planning promotions to increase product sales and build the popularity of the brand • Competitor and customer insights analysis • Analyzing the product sales in retail locations or dealers to determine the strength of the brand • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales • Ensuring the brand, its products, and its advertising remain consistent • developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands • analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports • supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding • meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers and chief marketing officers) • managing budgets and a team of junior assistants Requirements - B.S. / M.S. /M.B.A. in Business, Marketing-related fields. - Age: 40-45 • At least 10 years of relevant marketing management experience in the capital industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position. - well experienced in Trade and Digital marketing fields. Well experienced in Run events such as symposium, exhibition, public presentation … - Competent in negotiation and teamwork with the sales department. - Creative thinker with strong analytical, leadership, project management, and excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, negotiating, and networking skills. - Able to work well independently and in a team environment. - Public Relations experience is a plus.
