Job Description
• Experienced Brand Manager for Perfumes & Cosmetics brands with good ability to manage a team of Beauty Advisors, and experience in dealing with retailers • Reporting directly to: Managing Director
Requirements
• Medium to Mature experience in Brand Management 3 -10 years. • Pharmaceutical, skin care, fine beauty, or FMCG backgrounds • Excellent English in writing and verbal is a must. • Develop and implement with the concurrence of the brand suppliers’ short and medium term marketing plans. • Negotiate and build new brands Price Structures. • Maintain continuous on line contact with brand suppliers providing details and background on brand performance, sales and competitive activities • Provide monthly and quarterly sales analysis and Market reports, concerning our brands as well as the competitors’ performance. • Develop new programs or adjust existing ones to solve identified marketing problems or to take advantage of evolving marketing opportunities. • Design, implement and control Brand marketing support plans, including advertising, media planning, and merchandising activities. • In concurrence with the Brand supplier, develop pricing policy for line items; control it for both the Whole sale and retail divisions. • Guide and direct the purchasing function and assist in order management, scheduling and follow up of deliveries, co-ordination and control of inventory. • Develop specific plans for new products/line extensions, included in this responsibility and the coordination of all Blue Salon functions such as: forecasting, purchasing, distribution, sales and merchandising activities as related to the introduction of these products into the sales system. • Periodically work with sales and merchandising staff, developing programs and training for showrooms and wholesale personnel. • With the concurrence and support of the Brand supplier, develop special promotional programs such as G.W.P., joint promotions, etc. • Ensuring the realization of the sales and profit plans of the brands.
