Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Analyst for conducting primary and secondary research projects for brand team, responsible for crafting reports and rendering insights which are strategic in nature. The brand analyst provides insights through proper analysis and investigation prior to the stage of the development of brand strategy and campaigns. He is also considered to be the first-hand contact for the analytics and market research team. His analytical expertise in understanding key patterns and trends, combined with his love of solving complex problems, will help him recommend brand protection strategies that maintain brand equity, uncover brand competitive advantages and best ways in which brand can deliver values. Responsibilities: ● Develop data storytelling of syndicated and custom brand research. ● Maintain a research database of key data points, facts, and insights for development of brand strategy. ● Help other marketing team members with providing brand related data and insights. ● Develop a deep understanding of specific client issues. ● Design and crafting Brand Research briefs. ● Manage custom research efforts, from analysis plans and development of reports or key findings summaries. ● Use data to understand target audiences, measure the results, and inform future campaigns. ● Design and Conducting research in order to represent the different user types (User Personas) that might use our services and product in a similar way. ● Conduct regular secondary research’s and monitoring related syndicated research’s to extract insights for helping and influencing brand strategies. ● Assist in the development and execution of survey questionnaires. ● Run internal brand surveys. ● Create insightful presentations with compelling stories and graphics that help communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders. ● Work with Cross functional teams, including creative and marketing teams helping translate findings into actionable insights. ● Measure Brand Metrics. ● Manage field quotas and cleaning data sets if needed. ● Build final brand reports and presentations.

Requirements

● 3 years of demonstrable experience in brand research or analysis related roles. ● Ability to identify and communicate trends through data and data-driven visuals. ● Experience creating data visualizations, data storytelling, and creating a compelling story flow of report deliverables. ● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. ● Ability to analyze, model and interpret data. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Ability to plan work and meet deadlines. ● Accuracy and attention to details. ● Understanding and Knowledge of key brand models and metrics. ● Deep understanding and knowledge of research methods. ● Ability to approach problems systematically, researching all alternatives and making appropriate recommendations.
