Job Description

Leading the Business Intelligence team in designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions across manufacturing, drilling, logistics, and finance.
Transforming raw data into actionable insights for managers and decision-makers.
Ensuring data quality, security, and integrity throughout the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead BI operations and align data initiatives with organizational strategy and goals.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive BI solutions including data warehouses, analytical models, executive dashboards, and self-service tools.
• Lead and manage the BI team, providing mentoring, workload planning, and skill development for team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, analyze business needs, and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and security across all systems and data pipelines.
• Design and develop Data Warehouses based on data architecture principles and industry best practices.
• Manage, design, and optimize ETL processes using Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Develop advanced analytical models with SSAS and optimize computational models.
• Design executive dashboards in Power BI.
• Develop and schedule data pipelines with Apache Airflow and optimize data-driven processes.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of data-driven solutions that add business value.
• Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance architecture and processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics and at least 2 years in team leadership or management.
• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Language: Proficiency in English.

• Strong expertise in BI concepts, Data Warehousing, data modeling, and analytical architectures.
• Proficiency in:
- ETL processes (SSIS)
- Analytical and multidimensional models (SSAS)
- Power BI / Power BI Report Server
• Professional skills in designing executive dashboards with Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX for modeling and advanced analytics in Power BI.
• Strong command of T-SQL for writing complex and optimized queries.
• Familiarity and ability to work with Oracle Database.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for automation and data processing.
• Hands-on experience in designing and scheduling data pipelines with Apache Airflow.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication, team leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• A continuous learner with enthusiasm for modern BI technologies.
