Beauty advisors guide and advise our customers through selecting the most suitable skin and hair products based on the customers’ unique needs.
They are able to provide our customers with highly detailed and personalized consultation to help them achieve their beauty and health goals.
Beauty advisors perform an important role in our selling and marketing process by recommending the right products to each customer.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Demonstrate proper use of skin, and hair care products
- Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)
- Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
- Help customers find products that they look for in the stores
- Provide proper presentation of the products
- Explain to customers the use of products they are interested in buying
- Advise customers on how to take care of their skin
- Inform customers on prices and special offers
- Replenish stock as needed
- Report to supervisor
