Job Description

-Developing and implementing new strategies to expand market share and increase sales income -Developing and maintaining relationship with new business and individual clients. -Establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. -Identifying requirements of customers, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses. -Drawing up a detailed report of the market situation and other reports required and the necessary actions reactions in an emergency -Continued research on prices of similar products produced in the country and present it to superiors -Ability to identify and develop potential target customers -Able to understand the way various instrument products work and be able to communicate key technical aspects to clients who may have limited capacity to understand the technology. -Goal setting / short term planning: Achieving results by setting goals using quality planning, analysis and decision-making. -Adapting and coping successfully with changing circumstances. -Embracing creativity, innovation, and being open to new ideas and being able to understand a vision. -Innovating to improve current working practices / products / technologies to provide business opportunities and results. -Perform other duties within the scope of duties

Requirements

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, MBA, Management or related fields -At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing management -Advanced in dealing with customer's issues and challenges -Have good communication skills, ability of problem solving, be flexible and adaptable -Preferably fluent in English -Strong history in sales -Have knowledge of principles and methods of marketing and sales for showing, promoting, and selling products or services Ideal Age:27-37
