Job Description

  • Monitor the market and propose new product introductions based on emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Follow up on the approval and implementation process of newly confirmed items.
  • Develop strategic plans for the introduction of new products, considering product attributes and the performance of similar items.
  • Prepare comprehensive product performance reports including: Sales volume, supply lead time, and other relevant performance indicators
  • Continuously assess product performance and revise product strategies as needed.
  • Recommend the removal of underperforming products from the assortment.
  • Generate reports on product availability rates across store locations.
  • Follow up on product supply issues with the procurement and commercial departments to ensure availability.
  • Prepare reports on the fulfillment rate of defined assortments (assortment compliance).
  • Define and periodically review store grading based on performance and strategic criteria.
