About the Role
Amnpardaz Software Company, a leading Iranian cybersecurity company and the developer of Padvish Antivirus, is looking for a motivated and talented AI Engineer to join our Artificial Intelligence team.
Our team’s primary focus is on Natural Language Processing (NLP), text analysis, and Large Language Models (LLMs). We are seeking candidates interested in long-term collaboration. Applicants who plan to live and work in Tehran for at least the next three years will be given priority.
Location: ICT Ministry Science & Technology Park, Km 26, Tehran–Karaj Road, Tehran
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize NLP and text-processing pipelines
• Work with Transformer-based architectures and Large Language Models
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models
• Analyze large-scale textual data for security-related applications
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, backend engineers, and product teams
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI research and apply it to real-world products
Required Qualifications
• Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analytics
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Neural Networks
• Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience with Transformers and LLMs
• Ability to read and understand technical papers in English
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
• Familiarity with C++
• Academic background in Artificial Intelligence or related fields
• Experience with SQL Server and Elasticsearch
• Experience working with large-scale or production-grade AI systems
