Job Description

- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial procedures, regulations and correspondences - Run and manage daily commercial activities - Handle and follow up the orders and facilitating import activities - Sourcing reliable API suppliers - Searching and finding reliable clients in the field - Handling all the needful documents such as Proforma invoice, shipping documents from the suppliers to the clients - Preparing regular reports to management

Requirements

- Bachler’s degree in Business/management would be preferred. - Age range 30-40 - At least 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry - Marketing knowledge of Active Pharmaceutical Ingratiates (API). - Familiar with processes and rules of import permits/licenses from organizations - Familiar with principles of International trade, INCOTERMS, costumes clearance and logistics - Excellent Fluency in English in all skills - Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Good communication capability and team working - Highly motivated
