Job Description
- Plan and develop trials and demos across several of the Company’s trial stations and fields. - Ensure trials and demos are executed properly and results are collected on time. - Assist with the development of the Company’s internal sampling database. - Prepare trial reports and monitor trial stations and fields. - Provide technical training to the Company’s technical staff (where required). - Report product performance in the market. - Manage a team of technical staff (office and field based). - Communicate with and report to management. - Attend meetings between management and suppliers (where required). - Initiate the introduction of new varieties and propose on price level in order to contribute to commercial success.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in agricultural engineering with management experience. - Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work. - English language: working knowledge. - Ability to use office software. - Ability to communicate and influence. - Ready to domestic travel around 75% of his time. - Valid driving license.
