Job Description

•Main Objective: Iranrenter is seeking a professional Scrum Master to champion our Agile path and development. This individual has a deep understanding and respect for the principles and values of scrum. •Main Responsibilities: -Provide scrum master support to multiple project teams through daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint and demos -Provide scrum master and product owner coaching to other engineers Form part of the leadership team for Program Increment Planning Events -Support an Agile community of practice -Maintain Epics and Stories in agile tools and generate metrics and reports for associated scrum teams -Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks -Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers -Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization -Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews
