Job Description
• Building and leading the service team, comprising of the following disciplines: design, purchasing, assembly, logistics, installation and maintenance. • The candidate shall have knowledge and experience to perform the job of each discipline by himself and shall coordinate the work between the internal disciplines in order to provide best quality and on-time service to the customers. • He shall find qualified external teams for subcontracting of supplementary services for turn-key projects.
Requirements
• Master degree in mechanical-, electronic- or civil engineering/MBA from a reputable university. • 4 years of experience in after sales service in an organization dealing with European products. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Familiar with engineering softwares for design and work organization. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal written and oral skills. • Management and team working skills • Highly self-motivated and innovative • Fluent in English or German. • Ideal Age Range: 30 -- 35
