Job Description

• Manage and follow up Quality issues • Annual Service Strategy set-up • Fully technical support and consultant of agents • Trace competitor's activities and Keep have creative ideas • Be in touch with Customers and define their insight • Fully aware about Customer Service KPIs (Key Performance Index) • Familiar with HE (TV/Audio/Video), HA (Home appliances) and AC (Air Conditioner) products

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience after sales service and Quality • Educated in Technical or Management Field. MBA education is an added value. • Microsoft office skills (Specially Excel & Power point), Problem Solving persuade ability • Good English ability, fluent in Speak & Writing • Innovation idea generation • Communication Skills • Problem solving skills • Target and KPI setting skills • Quality & Customer Mind set
