Job Description
• Plans and delivers marketing projects in coordination with other team members • Cooperates with other teams to define marketing action plans • Cooperates with marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events in coordination with sales targets • Plans and executes advertising activities in coordination with marketing team • Forecasts and tracks marketing trends and measures the effectiveness of marketing activities • Analyzes market dynamics to prepare the strategy approaching the customers • Conducts marketing surveys and analyzes data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets • Manages marketing activities through social networks • Implements Advertising plans through online Advertising platforms and social networks
Requirements
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) in Marketing related fields • 2 years of work experience in similar positions • Well-acquainted with marketing concepts and techniques • Sufficient knowledge of Business Ideas and startups • Well-acquainted with Online Advertising Platforms such as Google AdWords • Well-acquainted with online marketing concepts through Search Engines and Social Networks • Familiar with Online Analytic Platforms such as Google Analytics • Experience in implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns Soft Skills: • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • An analytic mind-set to make good integration with customers’ demands and marketing strategies • Flexible, adaptive, versatile, motivated and proactive • Ability to communicate with other teams across a variety of functions • Adept at problem solving and managing multiple projects efficiently • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Aptitude for business in E-Commerce market • Good command of English
