Job Description

• Work with department head or staff to discuss topics such as marketing plans and the selection advertising media • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns • Plan advertising, including which media to advertise in. • Negotiate advertising contracts • Initiate market research and analyze findings to understand opportunity for businesses • Meet the clients to provide marketing or technical advice. • Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities

Requirements

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, or related field preferred. • 4 years of experience in advertising or marketing industry • Management experience Preferred Skills/Experience • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques • Knowledgeable on principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies • Experience analyzing data • Proficient computer skills • Knowledge of social media platforms • Project management experience • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong analytical and creativity skills • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Proficient in English
