Job Description

General secretary duties in office workplace - Responding phones - Arranging company files, paperwork, and necessary classifications - Checking company e-mail, relating each to the contact person, and following the responses to be accomplished properly - Company orders file submission on site, and any related duties required on site through the Ministry or any other places

Requirements

University Qualifications: - BA in language or administration Other certifications obtained: - English and computer skills Nature and length of previous experience: - 3 years in related fields is preferred Specialist knowledge: - Good Command of English and computer Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Sociable, commitment and responsibility, high Spirit in tam work
