Job Description

• General office administration affairs • Monitoring and managing office supplies and facilities • Registering (uploading) buying and selling Inquiries of Iranian buyer on our website • Secretariat issues. (Scanning/ sending, receiving faxes/printing files/ copying) • Writing fast and accurate letters in English and Farsi • Answering the phone calls • Arranging Cyber meetings for Iranian buyers with Korean companies • Ready to start work from May 18, 2014

Requirements

• A University Degree (Having degree in Economics is preferred) • Having experience in market research & analysis is preferred (for future promotion opportunities ) • Fluency in written and spoken English • English ability certificate • Computer literacy is required (MS word, Excel, Power Point) • Having good knowledge of International manners and common sense • Having interest in Korea and its culture • Experience of residing overseas (not a must) • Ability to work under pressure, Team work, self-confidence, self-motivated • Having sufficient Knowledge of International Business •Ideal Age Range: 27 to 36 Years General: • Must be able to communicate with all levels of people. • Maintain a good follow-up system • Maintain confidentiality • Professional approach to local and overseas visitors
