Job Description: Full-time secretary management of the company having various responsibilities including: - Managing the company's management's calls, appointments, daily plans. - Preparing minutes of meetings in accordance to the company's standards. - Preparing drafts for letters, contracts, and finalizing approved drafts including typing, formatting.
