Job Description

• Handle administrative works • Enough knowledge of commercial activities • File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports • Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals • Submitting proposal in tenders • Responding to email inquires • Organize and coordinate meetings • Perform other duties as assigned • Maintain scheduling and event calendars • Follow up her manager orders and assigned tasks at different stages

Requirements

• Gender: Male/Female • Academic graduation certificate • Minimum 5 years' experience as related position • Excellent organization and communication skills • Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi) • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point...) • Excellent English Language • This position is for PMC Tehran’s office
