Job Description
Objective: - Coordinating and managing each assistance case with different assistance and insurance companies all around the world - Managing administration and documentation needed for each assistance case or claims Main responsibilities: - Answer calls and respond to emails both in English and Farsi - Handle assistance requests from clients both by telephone and email - Coordinating and managing each assistance case with different companies around the world - Communicating and coordinating with our branches and medical service providers for case management - Providing progress reports and updates to our clients for each case - Manage and resolve client complaints - Entering new information into our case handling software. - Update existing information on our case handling software. - Translating legal documents, medical and police reports etc. to English - Booking medical visits, hotels, tickets, car rents, etc. - Conducting claim investigations - Identify and escalate priority issues - Preparing monthly reports based on requests Reporting to: General Manager, Director of international department Other interactions: personal visits for obtaining medical reports or investigating cases Duration: 1-year contract Desired start date: At most in two months Probation: 2 to 3 months Working hours: 7:30-4:30, occasional odd hours Other Benefits: Iran SOS health plan, regular benefits
Requirements
University qualifications: BSc or higher in any major Other certifications: IELTS, TOEFL, MSCE, B2 or any (European or East Asian) language certificate are a plus Previous experience: At least one year work experience Specialist knowledge: knowledge of medical terms is a plus Knowledge of any European, East Asian or Turkish language is a plus Other Skills: - High team work capabilities, - Customer care, - Good communication skills Ideal Age Range: 20-35 Language Skills: English, German, Spanish, French any European or East Asian language is a Plus
