Job Description
-Responsible for routine accounting tasks
-Validate supporting documents of transactions
-Ensure transactions registered in accounting system; on time, accurate and complete
-Prepare financial and accounting reports as per management requirements
-Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and cash fellow
-Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
-Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations
-Implementing accounting requirements
-Preparing VAT and seasonal transactions reports
-Supervision of all documents and costs and control of all direct and indirect costs
-Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
-Produce error- free accounting reports and present their results
-Analyze financial information and summarize the financial status
-Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
-Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems
-Monthly management reports & wages and salary calculations
-Quarterly sales and purchase reports & VAT reports
-Formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the board
-Prepare the year-end accounting and taxation reports to ensure that the company complies with legal and business requirements
-Providing financial reports
-Controlling accounts and reporting
-Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations
-Attend and manage meetings with officials and related authorities on tax and social security issues
-Making a friendly atmosphere with other team members in accounting department
-Responsive to request of other departments in the company
-Reporting to: head of financial manager
-Reviewing and registering warehouse documents and preparing relevant reports
