Job Description

- Data entry and controlling. - Responsible for routine accounting activities. - Ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis. - To handle daily finance activities. - Preparing and analyzing reports from financial system. - Registering all payments and deposits daily. - Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company. - Identify and implement accounting process and system improvements. - Preparation/review of monthly billings. - Handle monthly salary calculation and payments. - Preparing daily, monthly and seasonal reports. - Submit monthly VAT reports to legal bodies. - Support the business by providing financial analysis and advice - Maintenance and control of accounting systems and procedures in accordance with Iranian laws and regulations - Investigate variances from budget and historical trends and provide analysis of the same - Produce accurate and reliable management accounts within Company deadlines - Develop and improve Company systems, processes and reports - Accountable for all aspects of Company tax and social insurance compliance - Liaise with Internal and External auditors and complete statutory accounts - Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching - Involved in preparation of annual business plans, forecasts, bids and tenders - Cash flow forecasting and forecast analysis of projects. - Production accounting and sales and commerce
