Job Description

• Prepares, records, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. • Daily book-keeping and filling • Assistance to monthly year-end closing & reporting in tight deadlines • Assistance to finance department and manager assignment • Assistant to preparing Tax report and VAT report • Prepare the journal for cash in hand and book deposits • Prepare and payment of Tax liabilities • Verifying documents and payments • Finalization of Monthly and Annual accounts

Requirements

• Requirement: • Minimum 5 years of experience as an accounting expert/ assistant in construction companies • Field of study: At least a Bachelor/ Master in Accounting/ Finance from a reputable university • Excellent knowledge in Tax, Insurance, VAT issues • Excellent knowledge in salaries & wages, loans, order, cost accounting, depreciation, financial statement & Tax returns • Excellent English proficiency (writing, listening, speaking, and reading). • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Computer and Internet literate • Excellent knowledge of Accounting software • Familiar with foreign exchange house affairs is preferred Personality skills: • Committed and result oriented • Ability to delegate • Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts • Ability and willing to work in a new and changing environment • Strong relationship builder • Highly motivated self-starter • Energetic, creative, educable, and having teamwork spirit • Being faithful to the company • Be flexible with working times Work conditions: • Full time • Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm + Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm • Current Location: Sadat Abad - Tehran
