Job Description
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data;
-Controlling accounts and Reporting.
-Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations
-Preparing reports. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Familiar with TAX and VAT pracess
-Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
-Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
-Secures financial information by completing data base backups
- Familiar with Industrial Accounting. Ability for Calculating product price base on daily exchange rate and Raw material prices.
- controlling warehouse and reporting order points to manager in a real time method.
- Assist in year-end closing processes.
-Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and petty cash
-Processes payroll, including compiling and inputting data from all employee time sheets, preparing payroll tax.
- Reconcile accounts with customers and suppliers
- Prepare documents related to the transfer of foreign currency to foreign supplier - Collecting all relevant information & documents required for audits.
