Job Description
Accurate recording of all financial transactions in accounting systems.
Reviewing and verifying financial documents and invoices.
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
Monitoring and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Following up on outstanding receivables and ensuring timely payments.
Collaborating with auditors during internal and external audits.
Providing required financial documents and information to auditors.
Calculating and analyzing import-related costs to determine the final landed cost.
Reviewing and recording all direct and indirect expenses associated with imports.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with import cost analysis and related financial procedures is an advantage.
