Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare, examine , completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Responsible for the month end management accounting, including multi-currency reporting.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are property recorded, filed, and reported
- Responsible for moderate to complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements.
- Perform advanced accounting functions requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting methods, principles, and practices. Identify complex accounting problems, research solutions and correcting problems.
- Responsible for routine accounting activities
- Responsible for all accounting department tasks including control of invoices, receivables, balance collection, etc.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements
- Preparing TAX & SSO accounting, reports, seasonal reports, and declaration forms, internal & external reports
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls
- Managing Insurance issues, cash and bank transactions
