Job Description
- Responsible for doing routine accounting activities
- Keep records of financial transaction and support documents and provide summaries when necessary
- Update clients’ and subcontractors’ accounts.
- Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and petty cash
- Reconciliation between the accounts and between the statements
- Assist in the preparation of the company budget to help meet all financial goals
- Proficiency with treasury & payroll system
- Manage and reporting cash flow
