Job Description

Objective: This position is required for Persia NJD and its sister Company, Shaya Chemie. Shaya Chemie is a production plant in Isfahan, and the company is active in producing different types of Industrial adhesives and its head office is located in Tehran. Main responsibilities: - Issue financial documents - Being professional in all affairs of business and Industrial accounting - Supervision on the company bank accounts, output and input cheques. - Reporting sails affairs of one good in special period of time - Filling and documenting any invoice, sales or other transactions - Controlling and following customers bounced cheque and outstanding - Prepare and examine accounting records - Prepare periodical tax, VAT and insurance report Reporting to: Financial Manager Number required: 2 Probation: 3 Month Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Travel requirements: Once or twice a year to Isfahan Gross monthly base salary : to be negotiated

Requirements

University qualifications: BS/MS degree in Accounting or related majors Previous experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting Specialist knowledge: - Skilled in tax, insurance and VAT issues - Skilled in salaries and wages, loans, orders, cost - accounting, Depreciation, Financial Statements and Tax returns - Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel proficiency is an advantage) and financial software (Hamkaran system, Sepidar) - Skilled in financial analyze and reporting Other Skills: - Team worker - Excellent telephone manners - Highly organized and good planner - Efficient in time management - Able to work under pressure - Able to meet deadlines - IT knowledge and computer competences - Attention to details and focused - Hard working and dynamic person - Polite and problem solver Ideal Age Range: 24 to 35 years old Gender Preference: Female Only Language Skills: English / Persian Current Residence: Tehran
