Job Description

- Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations (routine accounting procedure) - Keep records of financial transaction and supporting documents - Update client accounts - Controlling accounts and reports - Prepare regular financial reports on monthly/quarterly basis - Prepare non-routine financial data for management upon request - Assist in annual closing processes - Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and petty cash flow

Requirements

- At least Bachelor's Degree in accounting from a reputable university - Minimum five-year of work experience in financial/ accounting - Excellent in Foreign Procurement Accounting - Excellent knowledge and understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting and bank loans - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook) and very good knowledge of Excel - Good knowledge of accounting software specially Hamkaran System - Good knowledge of Sales and Warehouse accounting - English literacy will be an advantage - Capable of teamwork on multiple tasks - Strong analytical and research skills
