Job Description

In order to complete the financial affairs of the Fars Company (Fars Company), located in the city of Zarghan (Fars province), Main role: - Regular presence at work and planning in order to fulfill assigned tasks. - Carry out the necessary examinations on how different units operate in terms of financial methods. - Provide plans and methods for improving the financial system operating in the company and increasing productivity in activities. - Participate in providing the necessary care for the correct implementation of financial affairs and compliance with established programs and eliminating existing barriers and obstacles. - Review and control all records and accounting documents and their compliance with existing documents and identification of conflicts. - Investigating and controlling our financial accounts between different company units and extracting potential conflicts and conducting the necessary follow-up to determine their causes. - Controlling the actual amounts of inventory in the company's inventories and matching them with accounting cards. - Detailed monitoring of the implementation of contracts and reporting on conflicts of management. - To review and control the methods used in financial affairs and to improve them in order to reduce mistakes and to create speed and accuracy of action. - Control and monitor closing accounts at the end of the fiscal year and transfer accounting operations to the following year. - Review the activities carried out in comparison with the regulatory budget and compile a report of possible deviations. - A comprehensive overview of sales, purchase orders and orders forms to ensure the accuracy of the figures and their completeness. - Participation in preparation of the Forecast Forms of Future Fiscal Years and their review and adjustment based on the financial statements of the previous year and the performance of the current year
