Job Description

  • Approach approved leads by category manager and signing contracts.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding process.
  • Prepare gap assortment analysis and share the related insightful analysis with KA vendors to improve their assortment.
  • Act as a facilitator in solving KA vendor issues (operational, financial, etc.) and follow up with related teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
