Job Description

• Become the single point of contact with the leads. • Have a comprehensive understanding of the business and the services we offer in order to be able to propose the best creative solutions for each client’s needs. • Attending meetings in English or Farsi with the clients and nurture them along the sales funnel. • Document all the information regarding each client before and after the meetings. • Manage clients' requirements by constant communication with the manager in order to provide solutions. • Prepare proposals and draft contracts for the clients as needed. • Follow-up the process of signing contract with clients when necessary. • Constant, accurate and dedicated follow-up process with the leads to turn them into potential customers. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to make them loyal to our services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills. • Excellent time management and organization skills. • Excellent written correspondence skills. • Being a good team player. • Being self-motivated, cooperative and flexible. • Proficiency in English. • Experience in sales would be a plus. • Familiarity with web & software industry would be a plus. • Familiar with HR industry would be a plus.
