Job Description

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary and experienced SEO Manager — someone who can not only execute advanced SEO strategies but also design, lead, and optimize the organic growth funnel across multiple products.

This position is ideal for someone who has strong technical SEO skills combined with a strategic growth mindset and can design tailored SEO funnels for different products.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for each product line, driving sustainable and measurable organic growth

• Diagnose and optimize Technical SEO: site structure, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and structured data

• Continuously analyze SERPs and develop keyword strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C domains

• Architect content structures based on the Pillar–Cluster model and lead the content team to execute content calendars

• Collaborate closely with Performance, Product, and Brand teams to align SEO strategies with business and sales goals

• Define and track measurable targets (Traffic, CTR, CVR, Register, Apply, etc.) for each product line

• Leverage AI tools for content scaling, ideation, and competitor analysis

• Optimize conversion rates (CRO) on key landing pages to maximize lead and registration performance

• Plan and manage SEO sprints, roadmap, backlog, and task prioritization

• Deliver periodic analytical reports to the Head of Marketing and Product team using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio

 

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Analytical:

• Proficiency in Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio

• Strong ability to analyze site structure, diagnose crawl & indexation issues

• Hands-on experience improving Core Web Vitals and technical performance

• Excellent command of keyword research and SERP analysis

 

Strategy & Management:

• Proven track record in designing and executing SEO strategies for multiple products or brands

• Experience in target setting, OKR & KPI design, and performance reporting

• Ability to work with structured content calendars and organic growth models for both B2B and B2C funnels

 

CRO & Growth:

• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and CRO principles to increase registration and apply rates

• Experience working with Heatmap, Session Recording, A/B Testing, and UX testing tools

• Close collaboration with marketing, product, and design teams to optimize conversion paths

 

Complementary Skills:

• Experience using AI tools for content creation and SEO optimization

• Ability to manage and coach SEO teams (SEO Specialist, Content SEO, Link Building)

• Good English skills to keep up with SEO trends and Google algorithm updates
