Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join IranTalent, someone who can take our digital marketing campaigns to the next level by focusing on data analysis, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Masters both strategy and execution,
• Has full command of Paid Ads, Retargeting, and Automation,
• Can manage and optimize CAC and LTV,
• And lives and breathes data, conversion rates, and user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Yektanet, native ads, Telegram, YouTube, and other paid digital campaigns.
• Continuously monitor CAC and LTV, and design strategies to reduce acquisition costs while increasing customer lifetime value.
• Optimize conversion rates (CVR) across all stages of B2B and B2C funnels (job seeker acquisition, sign-ups, applications, lead conversion).
• Focus on growing MQLs through precise, segmented, and data-driven campaigns.
• Design and implement user journeys and retention marketing scenarios.
• Utilize Marketing Automation tools to build automated acquisition and retention workflows.
• Leverage eCRM for segmentation, personalized campaigns, and close alignment with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Design and execute advanced segmentation based on behavior, value, time, and channel.
• Apply the RFM model to develop targeted and effective campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Social, SEO, Brand, and Product teams to align funnels and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of all channels and produce insightful analytical reports.
• Conduct A/B testing and CRO experiments to enhance conversion and continuously improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Performance & Campaign

• Proven experience designing, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Yektanet, native ads, Telegram Ads, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Targeting, Budgeting, and Funnel Optimization principles
• Ability to manage and allocate advertising budgets across multiple channels
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and SMS marketing

Data, Automation & CRM

• Full command of Marketing Automation and the design of Journeys and Retention Scenarios
• Proficiency in eCRM for customer relationship management and segmented campaign execution
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other similar CRM platforms (a strong plus)
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Metabase, Power BI, and Looker Studio
• Strong analytical skills in Segmentation and RFM modeling
• Ability to prepare and present data-driven, decision-making reports

CRO & Growth

• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing design
• Deep understanding of user behavior across B2B and B2C funnels
• Experience in running growth experiments and data-driven marketing initiatives
