POSITION SUMMARY
As a stock controller, you will be responsible for conducting all the day-to-day warehouse operations. Making sure inventory accuracy is at a high level, especially regarding export FG. Manage all inbound/outbound activities to be done on time and with the highest quality and accuracy. Updating the general warehouse system and other warehouse systems is a daily activity.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Perform stock counting as per SOP and perform rack Inspection as per SOP.
- Replenished the materials for production on time to avoid any line stoppage.
- Focus on continuous improvement, continually challenging and reviewing processes to raise the standard.
- Communication of material-holding issues to relevant stakeholders and follow-up to take it out of the system and the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory in both physical and system tick by doing it on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Conduct the cycle counting based on the agreed schedule for all RPM and Finish products.
- Do any transactions in the ERP system without any mistakes.
- High focus on im- Manage the crew in the warehouse to get the best result in operation, implementing the GWP in the warehouse through respecting the rules.
- Ensure full implementation of the safety instructions during any movements in the warehouse.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics, warehouse, or supply chain, preferably in a food-related manufacturing plant/or being a quick learner.
- Problem-solving mindset, teamwork spirit, good communication skills, result-focused mindset, creative personality, and great responsibility.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Nice to have a valid driving license to operate material handling equipment.
- ERP knowledge.
- Comfortable working with numbers.
- Ability to dispatch export FG.
- Ability to update the general WH systems.
