ABOUT THE MISSION OF THE ROLE

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

• Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. 

• Drive talent acquisition and Learning & Development initiatives to attract, retain, and grow top talent. 

• Coach managers on people management, engagement, organizational development, and succession planning. 

• Analyze HR insights and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and business performance. 

• Close collaboration with HR team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

 

ABOUT THE JOB HOLDER 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage. 

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years leading HR teams. Previous experience in multinational organizations is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong expertise in Recruitment, Learning & Development, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR best practices. Excellent English communication skills are essential. 

• Attributes: Strategic thinker, influential business partner, strong leader, effective communicator, coach, and problem solver with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
