CEO job description
The CEO is the highest executive officer of the company and is responsible for directing, managing and developing all activities of the organization in order to achieve strategic goals, increase efficiency and sustainable growth. As the main representative of the company, he is responsible for the management and coordination between the departments and makes major decisions to improve performance, profitability and market development. The CEO plays a central role in determining the strategic direction of the company, managing daily operations, facilitating communication with stakeholders and the growth of the company.
Key tasks:
- Formulation, review and implementation of the company's macro strategies in line with growth and profitability goals.
- Supervision and management of all operational functions, production, sales, procurement, finance and human resources.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards in carton production and improving the productivity of production lines.
- Creating and strengthening a strong organizational culture, cooperative and appropriate to the company's values.
- Monitoring the company's financial performance, budgeting, cost control and resource management.
- Leading the senior management team and developing their skills to achieve the company's goals.
- Interaction with the board of directors and regular reporting regarding the company's performance and outlook.
- Representing the company in relation to key customers, suppliers, banks, legal entities and other stakeholders.
- Pursuing market development opportunities, contracts and strategic collaborations in the packaging industry.
- Ensuring the company's compliance with laws, regulations, environmental and work safety standards.
Conditions for obtaining the position of CEO
Degree:
- Having at least a bachelor's degree in business management, industrial management, industrial engineering or related fields (preferably a master's degree, doctorate).
Background and work experience:
- At least 10 years of senior management experience in manufacturing or industrial companies (preferably in packaging/carton and other cellulose industries).
- Successful experience in operations management, strategic planning and business growth.
Skills and abilities:
• Ability to make strategic and operational decisions at macro levels.
• Strong leadership, team management and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and company representation skills.
• Deep understanding of production processes, supply chain, quality control and sales market.
• Familiarity with financial tools, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with the board of directors, partners and stakeholders.
