- Drive and co-ordinate operational and associated administrative process improvement using appropriate tools
- Lead and manage all ISO efforts in the Workshop, being the main local contact along with responsibility for related Quality activities.
- Lead, develop and coach a team of full time Workshop Managers, formally appraising their performance bi-annually, but providing regular performance feedback as necessary and ensuring good communication channels exist.
- Responsible for training of all workshop employees at all positions of responsibility within the workshop.
- Liaise with appropriate personnel and ensure standardized work processes are in place.
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive change in an environment of continuous improvement
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of minimum 30 employees
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving projects
- Proficient project management skills
- Ability to write reports and relevant business correspondence
- Computer literate – good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to interact with customers in multi cultural environment.
