• Radio Network Optimization of Wimax Huawei Network Should be able to do the following tasks:
• Radio Network Dimension
• Network Upgrade Design
• Network Utilization Monitoring
• Network Capacity Monitoring
• Preamble Planning
• Customer complain Analysis
• Also able to improve following items:
• RSSI (DT)
• CINR (DT)
• Uplink Modulation (DT)
• Down-link Modulation (DT)
• DL occupancy Rate (Site)
• UL occupancy Rate (Site)
• DL Slot Efficiency
• UL Slot Efficiency
• Average sector Throughput VS Number of user
• Attend weekly meetings
• Daily, weekly and monthly report to project manager
• Train other engineer. (On job training)
• Be able to do workshop.
