Job Description
- Work within a collaborative environment to diagnose complex customer application issues and provide quick and accurate solutions and meet a variety of customer needs - Advise customers on technical issues while guiding them through troubleshooting steps -Install, manage, and troubleshoot Web servers, DNS, Email and CMS application like WordrdPress - Improve internal documentation, write and update wiki's to keep resources current and accurate - Provide fellow system administrators and support representatives with technical support, guidance and accurate reports to help them more effectively complete tasks - Monitor and maintain network integrity using both manual and automated network management and analysis tools - Assist in the installation, configuration and administration of servers - Develop a deep understanding of Radcom's CRM
Requirements
- The ability to provide professional and friendly customer support consistently via telephone and electronic help desk - Advanced understanding of general networking topics - Basic understanding of Domain registration - Basic understanding of Server configuration/maintenance, - Basic understanding of Web Server, FTP, DNS and Firewall - Ability to configure different Web servers such Apache, Nginx, IIS - Ability to Work with Linux based Softwares - Basic understanding of MySQL, MS SQL Server - Basic understanding of .Net and php - Ability to install different CMS's such WordPress, Joomla - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Superior problem solving skills - Ability to work in a team
