The Vandad Service Company, a subsidiary of Hamrahtel Group is a leading player in the Iranian cellphone market, specializing in providing high-variety products and exceptional services to customers. In this company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty and Guarantee Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-growing cellphone market in Iran. As a leading company focused on providing exceptional products and services, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through our warranty and guarantee program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scaling our company by developing, implementing, and managing this program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the warranty and guarantee program, aligning it with the company's overall objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' offerings related to warranty and guarantee services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including services, marketing, sales, customer support, and legal departments to define product requirements.
  • Define clear product roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for the warranty and guarantee program.
  • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration of warranty services into our product offerings.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the warranty program's success such as customer satisfaction rates, claim resolution timeframes, cost analysis, etc.
  • Continuously analyze data and feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in the warranty process.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices regarding warranties and guarantees; implement innovative strategies to enhance our program's competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective communication materials (brochures, website content) that highlight the benefits of our warranty program.
  • Train internal teams on the features of our warranty offerings to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a product manager or similar role or data and actuarial skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of warranty management processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the Iranian cell phone market or similar markets is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Data engineering, insurance expertise and actuarial talent is a plus.
