Job Description
● Coordinate staff duties by assigning, reviewing, and training in the areas of receiving, issuing, rotating stock, loading, and unloading of trucks. Abide by the business process and the rules of the warehouse management and refer to management standards and management rules of the industry.
● Take charge of the performance of the regulations regarding the safety management of the warehouse and ensure the safety and regular maintenance of the materials.
● Draw up the strict formalities on warehouse entry inspection and correctly record and report the accounts as well as ensure that all the accounts are daily and monthly cleared and periodically examined; and that the actual
storage meets the storage records.
● Reasonably arrange the locations and store the materials by zones through clearly defining the areas by the functions and properties of the materials to facilitate the delivery and put in the storage
● Finish other work required by Warehouse Section Head.
