Job Description

● Planning and organizing for volunteer participation. ● Providing and directing the required forces of the organization from among the volunteers. ● Organizing and holding ceremonies with the participation of philanthropists and volunteers. ● Establishing a system to retain and appreciate volunteers. ● Evaluating and monitoring the activities of volunteer forces. ● Adjusting the annual budget. ● Providing a single annual plan. ● Improving unit processes. ● Monitoring, training, and providing feedback on the performance of the unit's task forces.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related fields. ● At least six years of work experience (at least three years of supervision and management experience). ● Familiarity with human resource management. ● Problem-solving ability. ● Innovation and creativity. ● Ability to provide management reports. ● Ability to communicate effectively with volunteers and sub-experts.
