Job Description

● Going to markets and stores to introduce the company's products. ● Receiving orders from customers and prioritizing them. ● Collecting the list and statistics related to customers and checking customer requests based on the set priority. ● Declaring product shortages to superiors and following up to supply them. ● Completing files and maintaining customer details. ● Visiting and introducing the company's product to hotels, government agencies, special centers, coffee shops in the city, and the like. ● Completing customer satisfaction forms and surveying them to present to superiors. ● Visiting shops and stores of the contracting party and signing up and completing the form to join the customer club. ● Providing appropriate solutions regarding the distribution and sale of the company's products. ● Filing letters and documents related to invoices and relevant documents and updating them. ● Preparing and adjusting statistics and reports and completing forms related to the work area to present to superiors.
